And… I have taken a very solemn oath to purchase no further “Upgrades” from Corel. Silly Me! I have returned to using my 2020 version, which – while not perfect – is at least an improvement over later versions.
It would seem to me, from a business and customer satisfaction point of view, that it would be wiser for Corel to quit turning out new editions that don’t work before they have fixed all the bugs in the previous ones that don’t work either. The AIs are, however, very adept at freezing the program often for no apparent reason, always a treat! And now, we are barraged with tantalizing requests to upgrade to PSP 2022, with even more AI tools. I get better results with good old, less “intelligent” tools. After upgrading to every version since, I now have the 2021 version, as I was lured in by the descriptions of the miracles that the the new AI tools could perform! Aha! I have been most disappointed to discover that those tools are so intelligent that they accomplish very little if any effect, and that is if they choose to work at all. I have been a very pleased and devoted user of PaintShop since before Jasc sold out to Corel many years ago. This will open a window where you can install any of the program components that you may not have installed when you installed 2020. 2) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel PaintShop Pro 2020 Setup Files and double-click the file Autorun.exe. If you scroll down to the bottom there should be some free content packs that you can install. But there are a couple things you could try to get the missing content like picture frames that were not automatically included when you installed 2020.ġ) Go to the Store/Get More section of the welcome book, select the Creative Content option in the Filter by list. I no longer have 2020 installed on my computer so I can’t troubleshoot this myself. They should then show up in your list of picture frames in PaintShop Pro.

Download the zip file to your computer, extract the frame files from the zip file and save to C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Corel PaintShop Pro\2020\Picture Frames. Here are the frames “Black Torn” and “Thin Black”, hopefully one of these is what you are looking for.
